WONDERING how you can celebrate our county this Somerset Day?
Well, the organisers are asking people to fly the flag for Somerset, and they have created a Somerset Day pack ready for residents to download from their website.
The pack includes templates for the yellow and red Somerset flags to help brighten up your home, garden or community.
Somerset Day has partnered with Red Dragon Flagmakers to provide bunting and larger flags too. YOu can also order a car sticker and badge pack.
The day will be held on May 11 2021.
Lucy Housley, one of the organisers of Somerset Day said: “Finally, we have a chance to celebrate – spring is here, and we are starting to meet with friends and family outdoors, so let’s really go for it and have a massive splash of colour across Somerset.”
