LATEST CASES: Yeovil Magistrates' Court
A WOMAN from Martock appeared at Yeovil Magistrates' Court on Monday (March 22) for assault by beating.
Emily Louise Pounde, 25, of Somerset Close in Martock, was given 80 hours unpaid work and a restraining order after being found guilty of an assault which happened in August 2020.
She also has to pay £100 in compensation, a £95 victim surcharge and £35 in costs.
