FIREFIGHTERS rescued people from floodwater after a callout on Saturday (January 30).
Crews from Ilminster and Taunton were called out to assist two vehicles trapped in floodwaters.
"Together with a crew from Taunton Fire Station we used water rescue equipment to access the vehicles and assist the drivers back to an area of safety," a social media post from Ilminster Fire Station said.
"With more wet weather forecast, please don't drive through floodwater."
