THERE have been more than 250 new coronavirus cases in Somerset in the last 24-hours up to 5pm yesterday (November 13).
The largest number of positive tests was in South Somerset with an increase of 87 new cases.
Sedgemoor saw a rise of 84 new cases, while Mendip only saw a rise of 38.
There were 55 new cases in Somerset West and Taunton.
The totals in each district - since the pandemic began - are as follows:
- Mendip - 678
- Sedgemoor - 1,165
- Somerset West and Taunton - 1,245
- South Somerset - 1,076
