Eight new cases of Covid-19 recorded in three Somerset districts in 48 hours
EIGHT new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in three of the four Somerset districts in the last 48 hours.
Four cases were confirmed in Sedgemoor, three were confirmed in South Somerset and one was confirmed in Somerset West & Taunton.
No new confirmed cases of the virus have been confirmed in Mendip in the past 48 hours.
The county total of confirmed Covid-19 cases now stands at 1,511.
The district totals are Mendip 198; Sedgemoor 439; Somerset West & Taunton 490; and South Somerset 384.
