THERE was a single positive Covid-19 test in Somerset in the latest 24-hour period.
Sedgemoor was the only district in the county council area to record a new confirmed case of the virus up to 5pm yesterday.
It's welcome news following several days of rising total cases across the county.
But people are still being urged to respect measures to keep the virus at bay.
The county total of confirmed Covid-19 cases now stands at 1,486.
The district totals are Mendip 188; Sedgemoor 432; Somerset West & Taunton 489; and South Somerset 377.
