Hans Price Academy
A MEMBER of staff at a Somerset school has tested positive for Covid-19.
Hans Price Academy, in Weston-super-Mare, remains open to students.
The principal, Tony Searle, has written a letter to reassure parents and carers.
In it he said: "We have been advised by Public Health England that there has been a confirmed case of Covid-19 within the Hans Price Academy community.
"We are continuing to monitor the situation and are working closely with Public Health England."
He added: "The school remains open and, providing your child remains well, they can continue to attend school as normal.
"We will keep this under review."
