ANOTHER two positive Covid-19 tests have been recorded in Somerset.
Both of the new confirmed cases in the 24 hour period to 5pm yesterday (Thursday) were in the Mendip district.
Mendip has had by far the fewest number of coronavirus cases in the county council area but has now recorded four in two days.
It takes to 1,320 the total number of cases recorded in the county.
That consists of the district totals of: Mendip 136; Sedgemoor 395; Somerset West and Taunton 449; and South Somerset 340.
There were again no coronavirus-related deaths in the county over the same period.
