A WOMAN needed hospital treatment after being bitten by a dog in a Swanage park.
Police have appealed for help to identify a mana and a dog following the incident in Days Park at around 6.30am on Wednesday July 22.
A police spokesman said a woman aged in her 30s was walking in Days Park when she was bitten on the leg by a Lurcher-type dog. She went to hospital for treatment to a small puncture wound to her leg.
Police Constable Jennie Sykes-Martin, of Dorset Police, said: “The victim took a photo of the dog and its owner. I would appeal to the man pictured, or anyone who knows who he is, to please contact Dorset Police.”
