TWO new confirmed Covid-19 cases were recorded in Somerset West and Taunton in the latest Public Health England figures.
Added to two further positive tests in the district last week, it means there has now been a total of 443 cases logged in Somerset West and Taunton.
There were no positive tests in the other three districts in the 24 hours to 5pm yesterday (Sunday).
And there were no coronavirus related deaths in the county council area over the same period.
The total number of positive Covid-19 tests in the county now stands at 1,294.
Of those, 125 are in Mendip; 393 in Sedgemoor; 443 in Somerset West and Taunton; and 333 in South Somerset.
