THERE'S been another confirmed Covid-19 case in Somerset.
For the second day running there has been a positive test in the Sedgemoor district.
It means there have now been 1,275 cases in the area covered by Somerset County Council.
The new case was recorded in the 24 hours to 5pm yesterday (Friday) - but the good news is there were no coronavirus-related deaths in the county in the same period.
The latest figures show:
121 confirmed cases in Mendip; 388 n Sedgemoor; 436 in Somerset West and Taunton; and 330 in South Somerset.
