The Barnstaple store will help with the following queries regarding gift vouchers, Trollbeads Collectors cards, credit notes and exchanges.

Mrs Gubb added: "Please note that currently gift vouchers cannot be used online.

"We would be happy to arrange your purchase over the phone if you are unable to get to our Barnstaple store.

"Thank you for your custom in Taunton over the past 15 years and we look forward to welcoming you into our Barnstaple store very soon.

"We would also like to publicly thank all of our amazing staff who have worked with us over the years and particularly to our manager Claire who will be at the helm until the store closes on 6th March.
