BUILDINGS which housed two former branches of NatWest bank in Somerset are being sold at auction.
The former banks - at 25 High Street, Shepton Mallet, and 2 Market Street, Crewkerne - both have freehold guide prices of £150,000 to £200,000 and are available separately.
They feature in the seventh auction of 2019 by the regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson, which will take place on October 31.
The four-storey premises in Crewkerne include an internal yard while in Shepton Mallet, the three-storey building is on a corner and includes six off street parking spaces.
Auctioneer Graham Barton said: “These handsome premises are well located in a prime position.
“There is clear potential for some kind of mixed residential and commercial redevelopment scheme subject to the necessary consents.”
Visit www.cliveemson.co.uk/properties/west-country/ for more details on the auction and the properties.
The sale gets underway at 11am at the St Mellion International Resort, St Mellion, Cornwall, on Thursday, October 31.
