THERE will be plenty to do at the second Wellbeing and Superfood Festival later this month.
The event at Woodlands Castle, Ruishton, aims to "celebrate the goodness of life and nourish our sense of health and wellbeing", say the organisers.
As well as lots of wellbeing and food stalls, there will be live music and entertainment, interactive workshops and live cookery demonstrations.
Also featuring will be healthy, raw and free-from street food, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan food, plant based and herb fused cocktails, and superfoods, healthy alternatives and healing foods.
There will be talks, a superfood smoothie bar and yoga, tai chi and fitness sessions on the lawn, as well as mindfulness and relaxation to de-stress, complementary therapies and activities.
Entry to the event, on Sunday, September 15, from 11am to 5pm, is £5 for adults booking in advance and £6 on the door, with children going free - for details visit superfoodfestival.co.uk
