YOUNG up and coming athletes from Bridgwater's Quayside Trampoline and Gymnastics Club are set to shine on TV.
During 2018 the BBC Gym Stars production team followed the progress of the talented youngsters tracking their journeys through training to becoming national competitors, and in one case, internationally.
It also follows the progress of Corey Walkes during his competition season which saw his transition from Junior to Senior Great Britain Squad member.
Corey, a long term member of GB, has represented his country in numerous International competitions. He took the silver medal at the European Junior Championships in April 2018 and finished 4th in the World Age Group Championships in November 2018.
Corey is currently travelling to Minsk where he will be representing Great Britain for the first time as a Senior Squad Member in the World Cup which is also an Olympic qualifying competition.
Gym Stars also tracked the journey of some of Quayside’s younger Gymnasts through training to become National competitors.
