A CHARD man accused of motoring offences has been ordered to stand trial before Somerset Magistrates.
Kevin Ronald Owen Cutts (formerly Lamb) was brought before District Judge David Taylor in custody after being arrested for failing to attend a previous court hearing.
The 40-year-old, of Yonder Hill, Chard Junction pleaded not guilty to driving a VW Touran at Chard Junction on January 6 while disqualified.
He also denied allegations of driving without insurance or a valid MoT during the same incident.
The case was reviewed and all three offences were adjourned until June 3 when Cutts was ordered to return to the court at Yeovil for a trial to be heard.
In the meantime he was released on unconditional bail.
