A CHARD woman charged with damaging a window at an address owned by Yarlington Housing has been ordered to stand trial in May.
Sammy-Jo Case, 31, of Hocken Close, appeared before Somerset Magistrates, sitting at Yeovil.
It was alleged that on June 26 last year at chard, jointly with David Butcher, she damaged a window of an unknown value belonging to Yarlington.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the offence and following a review of the case it was adjourned until May 2 when a trial is scheduled to take place.
Butcher, 32, also of Hocken Close, Chard, was also due to appear before the court to enter his plea but failed to attend.
He was ordered to appear before the court on March 12 for progress to be made in his case or the magistrates said they may issue a warrant for his arrest.
