ORGANIST Jonathan Delbridge has been invited back for the second year running to perform an organ concert in the beautiful church of St Peter and St Paul in South Petherton on March 23.

Based in South Somerset, Jonathan Delbridge has a busy career as a teacher of piano and organ and freelance soloist and accompanist.

He performs at venues ranging from the Royal Albert Hall and York Minster to smaller village churches and universities.

He is well-known for his exciting and varied programmes.

The concert on March will begin at 7.30pm and include famous works ranging from Bach, Handel and Mendelssohn to jazz standards by Fats Waller and more, showing the full range of colours available from the church’s magnificent pipe organ.

A video screen and camera will also be used to enable all of the audience to have a good view of Jonathan’s hands at the organ keyboards.

There will be a licensed bar and any unsold tickets will be available on the door.
