THE main road between Taunton and Ilminster will be closed overnight for nearly two weeks.

The A358 is set to be closed tonight (February 4) for resurfacing works to begin.

The closure will be in place until February 15 while Somerset County Council carries out the 'emergency' resurfacing works.

Motorists will be unable to use the road from 7pm until 6.30am each night. 

The road will be closed from the junction with the A378 through to the junction with Folly Drive near to Ashill.
