FIRE: Crews on the scene at Brent Road, Burnham last night
A GAZEBO caught fire in Burnham-on-Sea on Sunday night and serious damage was only prevented thanks to the quick work of local firefighters.
Crews from Burnham, Bridgwater and Cheddar attended the incident on Brent Road at 9.40pm last night and quickly got to work.
The fire involved a gazebo and looked to be spreading to the extension of the property but crews managed to step in and minimise the damage.
They extinguished the fire and confirmed the cause was accidental. Duty of care was left with the occupants.
