A COLD but sunny start will set the precedent for today's weather across Somerset.
In their south west summary, Met Office said: "A bright and chilly start with frost for many. It will be a dry day across all parts with bright or sunny spells, however the cloud will gradually increase through the afternoon."
The maximum temperature is set to reach around 10C, before falling to a minimum of 5C overnight.
Tomorrow's forecast said: "Tuesday will be rather cloudy with outbreaks of rain or drizzle at times. Some brighter spells are possible and it will be milder than on Monday."
The temperature is set to peak at around 13C.
