Police called to caravan fire believed to have been started deliberately
POLICE were called to a caravan fire last night after it was believed to have been started deliberately.
Two fire engines were also called to the fire at around 3.45am, in Stringfellow Crescent, Chard.
On arrival crews confirmed the caravan was well alight and got to work with two breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets extinguishing the fire.
The Police were requested to attend due to deliberate ignition.
