AN ILMINSTER DJ has made a plea to the public to help him track down his equipment after it was stolen on Sunday night.
Clive Samways made an appeal for anyone with information after a break-in at a lock-up garage in Moolham Lane.
In a post on social media, Clive said that the thieves had stolen one pioneer djm 800 mixer and flight case, two pioneer Cdj 100 mk3 CD decks in flight cases, two denon dn 5000 cd decks and two technics 1210 mk2 record decks in flight cases.
He said: "Obviously these are high value products which without these we can no longer do any of our own events. It has taken us six years of hard graft to own these items, we are not going to let it go."
It is believed that thieves broke into the lock-up between 6pm on Sunday and 8am on Monday.
The incident has been reported to police, and anyone with any information about the theft is urged to call 101.
