Under the chairmanship of Rotarian Gerald Bray, ably assisted by a number of Rotarians and partners, a total of 13 schools took part.

These included All Saints, Ashill, Avishayes, Buckland St Mary, Chard School, Combe St Nicholas, Greenfylde, Manor Court, Neroche, Redstart, Swanmead, Tatworth and Thorncombe.

A total of 141 competitors took part in the four classes.

The overall winning school with 2,079 points was Redstart School, followed by Tatworth, with All Saints taking third place.
