The process of deciding which resolution would be debated at the annual meeting in London in June. Carers allowances for people of pensionable age gained support.
The speaker was local girl, born in Tatworth, who wanted to see the world and spent ten years as an air hostess. Jayne Woodland told members of her work with Britannia Airways and members were able to ask questions everyone wants to know about flying.
The next meeting will be on March 1.
