American art course in South Petherton
A NEW course on American Art between 1750 and 1900 will begin at The David Hall on January 26.
There will be nine sessions on Mondays from that date, excluding February 16, taking place from 10.30am to noon.
The course begins with the art of Benjamin West, and other artists studied include John Singleton Copley, Thomas Cole and Mary Cassatt.
Hendrika Foster MA will be the tutor.
