WILKO Johnson, one of punk-rock’s heroes, and the six-string guitar demon for Dr Feelgood, has confirmed he will headline Yeovil’s Blues Festival this May.
The musician will appear with fellow Blockhead guitarist Norman Watt-Roy and drummer Dylan Howe.
He has been dumbfounding his following – and his doctors – by continuing to perform despite being diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer in late 2012.
Advance tickets cost £24 on 01472-349222, www.yeovilbluesfestival.co.uk and www.solidentertainments.com
