A HEAD boy and girl have been elected by their fellow pupils at Maiden Beech Academy as part of its 'democracy day'.
Ed Collins and Molly Campbell were chosen by their peers during the day, when representatives to sit on the school council were also elected.
Throughout the event, year groups learned about democracy by taking part in a range of activities relating to elections, voting and Parliament.
