Fern Chapman from Dorset has recently been appointed as general manager after successfully managing Holme Lacy House Hotel in Hereford for two years, another of Warner’s 15 properties.

She said: "I’m thrilled to be offering exciting career opportunities to people in Somerset. My journey with Warner started over 20 years ago at Cricket  St.Thomas in the coffee shop and bar. Being part of the Warner family means I’ve had the chance to progress over the years – the opportunities for growth are endless and your career is yours to build. We’re looking to expand our teams to support this period of growth, and are eager to start recruiting new faces. Each of our team members is incredibly valued and our instant recognition schemes, which offer cash rewards for a job well done, make sure all their efforts never go unnoticed".

In addition to invaluable skills in hospitality and leisure, Warner encourages team members to further their personal development by providing funded qualification opportunities, ranging from Level 2 to Masters degrees. The hotel also ensures everyone has access to the Employee Assistance Programme, offering wellbeing support alongside financial and legal advice.
