An illustrative layout accompanied the application detailing a mix of predominantly semi-detached and detached dwellings and 4no. Bungalows. A new vehicle access is to be formed onto Vagg Lane with the creation of associated visibility splays. Vagg Lane in turn adjoins Tintinhull Road.
