Detailed planning permission was granted by North Devon Council on 10th June 2016 for the ERECTION OF ONE DWELLING (Reference 60830). A revised planning application for a slightly smaller house of similar design was approved on 3rd November 2017 (Ref: 63679) and a further planning application was also approved on 13th July 2021 (Ref: 73322) for a further revised design.
