From J27 of the M5 take the A361 dual carriageway towards Tiverton. After approximately 200 yards take the first exit to Sampford Peverell and Halberton. Go through Sampford Peverell and at the top of the hill beyond the village turn right to Uplowman. At the 'T' junction turn right to Uplowman arriving opposite The Redwood pub. Turn right and follow this road for about 1.5 miles. On entering the village of Whitnage continue through the village bearing left before the the sharp right hand corner. Continue along this road for approximately a mile passing West Pitt and follow the stone wall to Pitt Cross and at Pitt Cross take the immediate sharp left into the drive of 2 Middle Pitt.
