At the traffic lights in the centre of Wiveliscombe proceed up the hill towards The Square and then turn right signposted towards Langley Marsh.

Continue along this road for approximately 0.75 of a mile bearing sharp left at Langley Cross and proceed for a short distance turning right signposted Whitefield and Raleighs Cross. Follow this lane for approximately 0.3 miles and the land will be found on the left, marked with a 'for-sale' board.
