DIRECTIONS

From Tiverton take the A396 due north towards Bampton, passing through the village of Cove. When reaching the roundabout with The Exeter Inn to your right, take the first exit signposted to Dulverton. Continue for 2.5 miles, at the next junction keep right to remain on the A396, and continue straight over the crossroads signposted to Dulverton and Minehead. Continue for 0.5 miles, where the entrance to the property can be found on the left through a large metal gate. Continue down the private drive for 150 yards where the property can be found.
