THE COUNTY OF SOMERSET STAPLE FITZPAINE ROAD. STAPLE FITZPAINE (TEMPORARY 30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2018
TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended, the County Council of Somerset propose to make an Order to introduce a temporary 30 mph speed limit along Staple Fitzpaine Road, Staple Fitzpaine for a total distance of 1400 metres. This Order is required to facilitate highway works and is necessary for the safety of the workforce whilst carrying out their duties. The restriction shall apply when indicated by traffic signs. This Order shall come into operation on 22nd November 2018 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to start on 28* November 2018 and last for 16 days.
