Temporary Closure of Outer Circle Taunton
Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Outer Circle - from the junction with Roman Road, northwards for a total distance of 10 metres. This Order will enables Sunbelt Rentals on behalf of BT Openreach to carry out traffic management, for safe access to an existing underground duct section for blockage clearance. The Order becomes effective on 6th January 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 11th January 2022 and last until 11 th January 2022 between the hours of 09:30 -15:30 for a total of 6 hours.
