HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 The Somerset County Council (Bridleway CH 30/6 (part) in the Parish of Winsham) Public Path Diversion Order, 2019
The above order made on 6 December 2019 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert:
Part of public bridleway CH 30/6 starting from OS Grid Reference ST 39222 07375 at the county road (point A on the order plan) and running in a generally north westerly direction for approximately 905 metres to point B. To a route which starts from OS Grid Reference ST 39222 07375 at the county road (point A on the order plan) and runs in a generally north north easterly direction along the eastern field boundary for approximately 375 metres to point D and then in a generally north westerly direction along the track for approximately 385 metres to point E and then in a generally westerly direction for approximately 350 metres to point B as shown on the order plan. A copy of the order and the order plan have been placed and may be seen free of charge at: I.Somerset County Council, Second Floor, B Block, County Hall, Taunton, (please report to reception and ask to speak to someone from the Rights of Way Definitive Map Team), from 9.30am until 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Copies of the Order may be bought there at the price of £10.00. Please note that County Hall will be closed from 25 December until 1 January and therefore you will not be able to view the order and plan between these dates. 2. South Somerset District Council, The Council Offices, Brympton Way, Yeovil, Somerset, BA20 2HT from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday. Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to Rights of Way Definitive Map Team, Economic and Community Infrastructure, Somerset County Council, B Block, County Hall, Taunton, TA1 4DY, Ref: RW/421L/SL to be received not later than 8 January 2020. Please state the grounds on which it is made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Somerset County Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order. At this stage they will be made available for public inspection. Prior to submission to the Secretary of State, representations and objections will only be disclosed anonymously (i.e. with personal data redacted).
