HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 The Somerset County Council (Footpath T 25/22 (part) in the Parish of Stoke St Gregory) Public Path Diversion Order, 2019
The above order made on 27 September 2019 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert: Part of public footpath T 25/22 starting from OS Grid Reference ST33075 26369 (point A on the order plan) and running in a generally south south westerly direction for approximately 97 metres to point B. To a route which starts from OS Grid Reference ST33075 26369 (point A on the order plan) and runs in a generally easterly direction for approximately 7 metres to the western end of the adopted section of Frog Lane at point D. The footpath then continues from OS Grid Reference ST 33117 26361 (point C) on Frog Lane and runs in a generally south south easterly direction for approximately 17 metres to point X and then in a generally south westerly direction for approximately 100 metres to point B as shown on the order plan. A copy of the order and the order plan have been placed and may be seen free of charge at:
1. Somerset County Council, Second Floor, B Block, County Hall, Taunton, (please report to reception and ask to speak to someone from the Rights of Way Definitive Map Team), from 9.30am until 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Copies of the Order may be bought there at the price of £10.00.

2. Somerset West and Taunton Council, The Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton TA1 1 HE from 9.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to Rights of Way Definitive Map Team, Economic and Community Infrastructure, Somerset County Council, B Block, County Hall, Taunton, TA1 4DY, Ref: RW/443L/SL to be received not later than 7 November 2019. Please state the grounds on which it is made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Somerset County Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order. At this stage they will be made available for public inspection. Prior to submission to the Secretary of State, representations and objections will only be disclosed anonymously (i.e. with personal data redacted).
