Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:
Application No. 40/19/00003: Crowcombe Gate Car Park, Crowcombe Road, Over Stowey, Bridgwater. Restoration of existing car parking area & tracks to Heathland. Creation of a new flat & level car park, with an informal hoggin surface & a new tarmac entrance route from Crowcombe Road. This development may affect a public right of way. This development may affect a public right of way. Application No. 13/19/00043: Land off, Oaktree Way, Cannington, Bridgwater TA5. Outline application with some matters reserved, for the demolition of Denman's Farmhouse & associated agricultural buildings & the erection of up to 165 dwellings, with public open space, structural planting & landscaping, surface water flood mitigation & attenuation, land for a community building & associated parking & vehicular access point from Oak Tree Way. All matters reserved except for means of vehicular access. This proposal is a major development, may affect a public right of way & adjoins a Conservation Area.
