LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Variation ol a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Hall and Woodhouse Limited has applied to Somerset West and Taunton Council for the variation of a premises licence for the premises known as The Greyhound, Staple Hill, Staple Fitzpaine. Taunton TA35SP. Hall and Woodhouse propose to make alterations to this pub and the application is therefore to approve a new Licensing plan of the building and external licensed areas. The application also seeks to remove the provisionoffacilitiesformakingmusic and dancing from the licence, to allow for the sale of alcohol and the provision of late night refreshment to residents only, 24 hours a day and to allow the premises to open (but not to sell alcohol to non-residents) at 07:00 hours. No other changes to hours nor to the conditions attaching to the licence are proposed. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to Environmental Health (Licensing), Somerset West and Taunton Council, The Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton TA1 1HE no later than 14th October 2019. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Somerset West and Taunton Council at the above address (or www. somersetwestandtaunton.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
