LEE Thelma Elizabeth Née Brown Passed away peacefully on 18th July 2022, after a short illness, aged 77 Years. Beloved wife of Patrick, much loved mum of Michael, Graham and Philip, mum in law, grandma and nan. Funeral Service to take place at St. Mary's Parish Church, Chard on Tuesday 16th August at 12.00pm. Please wear something colourful.
