COLLINS, Jackie (Formerly of Horton) Passed away peacefully at her home in Crewkerne on the 26th May aged 61 years. A much loved Wife to Andrew and Mum to Daniel, Sheena, Wayne and Alex. A special Sister to Nicky and an adored Grandma. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service takes place at Yeovil Crematorium on Wednesday 29th June at 12noon. Donations in memory of Jackie are invited in aid of St. Margaret's Hospice, Marie Curie and Cancer Research UK. These may be left after the service or sent c/o Stoodley and Son The Park, George Shopping Centre Crewkerne TA18 7LU or online at www.stoodleyandson.co.uk
