SINGLETON Phyllis Of Forde Abbey. Passed away peacefully at Oak Lodge Care Home, Chard on Thursday 7th January 2021, aged 90 years. Now reunited with her beloved husband, Gerald. Phyllis will be sadly missed by her daughter Janet and all those who knew and loved her. Funeral Service to take place at Taunton Crematorium on Monday 25th January at 11.00am. Due to the current restrictions, the service will be limited to 30 mourners. Family flowers only please.
