JACOBS Christopher Charles "Jake" On the 19th September, 2020 aged 68 years, with his family around him. Jake was much loved by all his Family and Friends. A Private Service to take place. We were so very sorry to hear about Jake, it was such a shock to hear of his passing, our sincere condolences to all family & friends. We have lots of very happy memories of Saturdays spent with Jake, Scotty & Dickie playing darts & pool. Dave and Jake go back many years, they would often laugh about antics they got up to in the past, we will remember him fondly.
