PERKINS Elizabeth 'Libby' (née Hurlstone) Passed away peacefully at Yeovil District Hospital after a long brave battle aged 60 years on 24th April 2020. A much loved wife to Alan (Polly), mum to George and Gavin, grandmother to Fletcher and sister to Sally. She will be sadly missed by all. Private cremation. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at The Minster, Ilminster at a later date to be announced.
