CHAMBERS Joan Peacefully at home on 2nd April 2019 aged 95 years. She will be sadly missed by all family and friends. A Service of Thanksgiving will take place at St Peter's Church, Horton on Tuesday 23rd April at 3pm. Donations if desired to The League of Friends of South Petherton Hospital may be sent c/o A J Wakely & Sons, 7 West St, Ilminster TA19 9AA
