AS you will know, the News did a small piece about our lights at Russell Pope Avenue, Chard. We also came runner-up in the Christmas Lights Competition.
We would like to thank all the people who kindly donated, even though the lights were not on all the time, due to my husband being taken into hospital twice, the second time staying at Musgrove Park for ten days.We managed to raise £90, but grateful thanks should be passed to Richard Martin from Cricket St Thomas Hotel, who put an extra £60 towards this to make a total of £150. This will now be sent to the Children's Hospice South West.
