How are the young persons of today expected to learn the value of money if not allowed to learn the work ethic that is so badly lacking amongst us today?
Clubs outings and other options all cost money.....
We employ several young persons with their parents permission, this is because they want to be employed.
As they get paid the same as any other person doing the same job, several of them over the years have proved very successful in their chosen careers they all enjoy the benefits of having their own money and not going cap in hand to their parents.
How do we cover bank holidays and weekends, or maybe we should close over unsociable hours and every one should go home by 7pm?
