SKA revival band Skaville UK are performing at the Square and Compass, Windmill Hill, Ashill, on Thursday, May 15.
Featuring former members of renowned ska act Bad Manners, the London four-piece are touring the UK to coincide with the June release of their latest album Decadent.
Vocalist and bass player Nick Welsh has written, produced, and played with artists such as The Selecter, Prince Buster, Dave Barker and most recently Rhoda Dakar.
In 2002 he won a Grammy award for his work on Lee Scratch' Perry's album Jamaican ET and has written music for the television shows Malcolm in the Middle and The Osbournes.
His co-vocalist Louis Alphonso was the original guitarist for the Bad Manners and co-wrote many of their hits, including Lip Up Fatty, Special Brew, Lorraine.
Keyboard player Martin Stewart was also a member of Bad Manners and made an appearance in the film Dance Craze alongside The Specials and Madness.

Completing the line-up is drummer Al Fletcher, who also won a Grammy for his work on Jamaican ET and played on the follow up Alien Starman.
He has also drummed for Laurel Aitken, Dave Barker, and for Two Tone Collective, a Ska super group featuring members of The Specials, The Beat and The Selecter.
Doors open at 8pm and tickets cost £10 advance, £12 on the night.
