THE Petherton Picture Show is screening The Kite Runner at The David Hall, South Petherton, on Friday, May 23.
Set in Afganistan on the verge of war, the Oscar-nominated film tells the story of Amir and Hassan, two childhood friends who are torn apart by an act of betrayal and embark on an epic quest of redemption.
The screening starts at 8pm and tickets cost £4.
